Hawaiian Pothos

Introducing the Hawaiian Potho (Epipremnum aureum 'Hawaiian) Known as one of the most commonly known houseplants, the Hawaiian Pothos is the absolute perfect plant if you're looking for a bushy climber/crawler. Most hawaiian pothos grow in the wild alongside trees and benefit from the shaded protection. Despite this vining plant naturally climbing, many people prefer to grow them in a hanging planter as the variegated aurea-colored leaves cascade down over 4 feet in length. As leaves mature, the lime green colored leaves will darken to a deep green that truly allows for that “POP” of color to show out. Either way you prefer to grow, this low-maintenance Pothos is sure to make heads turn.

Water Requirements- In a well draining substrate, the Pothos will thrive in a slightly moist soil. Overwatering and standing water can rot the bottom roots, so be sure to keep a moisture check often.

Lighting Requirements- Indirect Sunlight. Overexposure to the sun can burn these variegated leaves, so the pothos can tolerate shade to perfect the bright yellow variegation.
