This culture packs of 1 Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma Variegated Plantlet/Tissue Culture are sold in agar gel & ready to acclimate in their new jungle.

This unique but beautiful plant is the Rhaphidophora Tetrasperma Variegata, perhaps better known as the Monstera Minima (variegata). Really an appearance due to her shiny green leaves with the beautiful white variegation markings added to it. She is very rare and therefore highly sought after by real plant lovers.

Our acclimation guide can be found a the link provided below:

https://orangelakenursery.com/blogs/orange-lake-nursery-blog/steps-to-acclimate-your-tissue-culture

Step 1- Do not do anything to the culture for 1-2 days to allow them to adjust to their new temperatures

Step 2- Open the package & wash out the jelly as thoroughly as possible. A small paint brush can be gently used to assist with the cleaning process

Step 3- Soak them in a rooting hormone if available. This step is not necessary for success

Step 4- Plant your cultures in the medium of your choice. We recommend a chunky blend of coco husk & perlite (available for purchase in our Add On collection)

Step 5- Place them into a closed package (container or plastic bag) while allowing light to pass through. Place under a grow light

Step 6- Leave plants covered for the first 7 days.  The following 7 to 10 days slowly expose plants to ambient air. Each day exposing the plants to slightly more air until fully acclimated.

It is up to the customer to be able to provide proper acclimation to the plantlets.  We are happy to help answer any questions you may have in regards to the process of acclimating plants. Orange Lake Nursery will not be held liable for plantlets that do not survive acclimation.
