This culture packs of 5 Aglaonema Tiara Plantlets/Tissue Culture are sold in agar gel & ready to acclimate in their new jungle.

A must-have for Aglaonema lovers, the Aglaonema Tiara exhibits vivid contrasting colors of bright pink & deep greens. Aglaonemas are hardy plants that do well with minimal care. This plant has pink and green leaves that were splashed with bright colors. It is one of the most exquisite evergreen plants with foliage for collectors.

Our acclimation guide can be found a the link provided below:

https://orangelakenursery.com/blogs/orange-lake-nursery-blog/steps-to-acclimate-your-tissue-culture

Step 1- Do not do anything to the culture for 1-2 days to allow them to adjust to their new temperatures

Step 2- Open the package & wash out the jelly as thoroughly as possible. A small paint brush can be gently used to assist with the cleaning process

Step 3- Soak them in a rooting hormone if available. This step is not necessary for success

Step 4- Plant your cultures in the medium of your choice. We recommend a chunky blend of coco husk & perlite (available for purchase in our Add On collection)

Step 5- Place them into a closed package (container or plastic bag) while allowing light to pass through. Place under a grow light

Step 6- Leave plants covered for the first 7 days.  The following 7 to 10 days slowly expose plants to ambient air. Each day exposing the plants to slightly more air until fully acclimated.

It is up to the customer to be able to provide proper acclimation to the plantlets.  We are happy to help answer any questions you may have in regards to the process of acclimating plants.
